This tool is ideal for all kinds of chores, from mixing muffin batter to tossing together a fruit pie filling. Over the years, we have sold thousands of both the mini version and the full-sized dough whisk. Unique flow-through design gently blends muffin, pancake, and other batters you don't want to beat, for fear of toughening your baked treats. We especially like to use this to stir our sourdough starters and granola. Thick wooden handle allows for a more ergonomic grip and proudly features our King Arthur Baking logo.
